Raffle sa order of listing ng partylist groups gagawin sa December 10
Itinakda ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa Disyembre 1 ang pagsasagawa ng raffle para sa order of listing ng partylist groups sa balota.
Base sa Resolution No. 10733, magiging virtual ang raffle dahil na rin sa banta ng COVID 19 at gagawin ito sa Commission En Banc Session Hall sa punong tanggapan ng Comelec sa Intramuros sa Maynila.
Magpapalabas din ng Minute Resolution sa lahat ng partylist groups, organizations o coalitions para sa partisipasyon sa raffle.
Kasama sa raffle ang lahat ng mga kasalukuyang partylist groups na nagsumite ng kanilang Manifestation of Intent to Participate in the Partylist Electoons gayundin ang mga bagong rehistro na naaprubahan na ng Comelec at may pasabi na makikilahok sa eleksyon sa darating na Mayo.
Isasama din sa raffle ang partylist groups na may nakabinbing registration at accreditation sa Comelec.
“At any time, prior to the publication of the final listing of candidates to appear on the official ballot, the Commission has the authority to exclude any party-list groups, organizations, or coalitions, whose motions for reconsideration (registering) or manifestations of intent to participate (existing) have been denied,” ayon sa resolusyon.
Noong nakaaraang linggo, inanunsiyo ng Comelec na 76 partylist groups at partido pulitikal ang hindi nabigyan ng Comelec ng accreditation.
