Mayor Moreno, sumulat sa PDEA para sumailalim sa drug test
Sumulat na si Aksyon Demokratiko presidential aspirant at Manila Mayor Isko Moreno sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) para suriin siya sa drug test.
Sa liham ni Mayor Isko kay PDEA Director-General Wilkins Villanueva, sinabi nitong “personally available” para sa drug test.
“In the interest of public service in the highest order, may I please submit myself for immediate drug testing for Cocaine, Shabu, Marijuana, or all other illegal substances,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
“I shall make myself personally available in your office the soonest possible,” dagdag ng Mayor.
Ayon kay Mayor Isko, public interest at matter of principle ang naturang usapin.
“We are willing of course, kung yun ang kailangan para mapanatag ang tao. Tama naman yung mga tao, pag ikaw ay president at ikaw ay drug-user, how can you fight against drugs?,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
Nais patunayan ni Mayor Isko na kailanman ay hindi niya nasubukang gumamit ng ilegal na droga kahit lumaki sa Tondo, Manila.
“I have never been into drugs, maski solvent o ano pa. I have nothing to hide,” pahayag ni Mayor Isko.
