Pumanaw na si Cebu Mayor Edgardo Labella.

Ayon kay Cebu acting Mayor Michael Rama, pumanaw si Labella bago mag 4:00 kaninang umaga, Nobyembre 19.

Pumanaw si Labella sa edad na 70 dahil sa pneumonia.

Nabatid na nagkaroon din ng prostate cancer si Labella.
