Batas para sa pagpababakuna hindi na kailangan – DOJ chief
Ngayon marami na ang nagpapaturok ng proteksyon laban sa COVID 19, naniniwala si Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra na hindi na kailangan ng batas para mapilit ang mamamayan na magpabakuna.
Sinabi ni Guevarra patuloy na bumaba ang bilang ng mga nagdududa at o natatakot na magpabakuna.
“A law making COVID 19 vaccination mandatory may not be necessary, as more and more people are voluntarily getting themselves vaccinated as vaccine supply becomes more available and the hesitancy rate has substantially gone down,” sabi ng kalihim.
Giit niya ang target naman ay maabot ang ‘herd immunity’ sa pinakamadaling panahon at may mga paraan naman aniya na maabot ito.
Una nang kumontra si Guevarra sa pamimilit sa mamaayan na magpabakuna dahil sa mga umiiral na batas.
