Mayor Sara Duterte, tinanggap ang Lakas-CMD Chairmanship

Tinanggap ni Davao City mayor at vice-presidential aspirant Sara Duterte-Carpio ang alok na magserbisyo bilang chairman ng Lakas-CMD para sa 2022 national elections.

Sa inilabas na pahayag, sinabi ni Duterte-Carpio na isang karangalan na tanggapin ang chairmanship ng nasabing partido.

“I look forward to waging a successful campaign for Uniteam BBM-Sara, with the invaluable support of our fellow Filipinos,” saad nito.

Mismong ang dating chairman na si Senador Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. ang nag-alok ng posisyon kay Duterte-Carpio.

Running mate ni Duterte-Carpio si dating Senador Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., na tatakbo naman bilang pangulo.
