Aplikasyon ng 126 partylist groups inayawan ng Comelec
Umabot sa 126 ang bilang ng partylist groups ang ibinasura ng Commission on Elections (COMELEC) ang aplikasyon para sa 2022 elections.
Ang naging hakbang ay unang isinapubliko ni Comelec Comm. Rowena Guanzon sa pamamagitan ng kanyang Twitter account.
“126 applicants for Party List registration were denied by Comelec,” ang tweet ni Guanzon.
Hindi pa naman isinasapubliko ng Comelec ang mga partylist groups na kanilang tinanggihan ang aplikasyon.
Sa kabuuan, 270 partylist groups ang naghain ng kanilang certificates of nomination and acceptance (CONA) noong Oktubre.
