No fly zone, ipinadedeklara ng Comelec sa CAAP sa tatlong lugar sa Metro Manila sa araw ng eleksyon
Ipinadedeklara ng Commission on Elections sa Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) ang utos na ‘no fly zone’ sa tatlong lugar sa Metro Manila bukas, araw ng eleksyon, May 9.
Ito ay kinabibilangan ng Intramuros sa Maynila, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) sa Pasay City at ang House of Representatives sa Quezon City.
Ang nasabing tatlong lugar ay magsisilbing canvassing centers ng mga boto para sa national candidates.
Sa ilalim ng direktiba, lahat ng klase ng drones, UAVs o unmanned aerial vehicles at rotary aircraft na mamamataan na lumilipad sa mga nasabing lugar ay pababagsakin ng Armed Forces of the Philippines at Philippine National Police na nakapuwesto doon.
Hinikayat naman ng AFP ang publiko na i-report o isumbong sa kanila kung may makikitang drones o UAVs sa nasabing mga lugar.
