Ilang sinehan, muling bubuksan sa Nov. 10

Inanunsiyo ng Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) na ilang sinehan sa Metro Manila at ilang probinsya ang bubuksan na sa publiko simula sa November 10, 2021.

Kasunod ito ng pagbaba ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa bansa.

Ayon kay MTRCB Executive Director II at Spokesperson Jose Benjamin Benaldo, nakuha ang listahan ng mga sinehan na magiging operational mula sa Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines, na huling na-update noong November 1, at sa “Nood Tayo ng Sine” Facebook page ng Film Development Council of the Philippines, na huling na-update noong October 29, 2021.

Narito ang listahan ng mga sinehan na bubuksan sa Nov. 10:

Hinikayat naman ni Benaldo ang publiko na istriktong sundin ang minimum public health standards at tandaan ang MTRCB film ratings bilang gabay sa pipiliing pelikula.

“In closing, the MTRCB affirms its policy of respect and deterrence to government instrumentalities operating within the framework of their mandates as dictated by law,” ani Benaldo at dagdag nito, “In the case of the resumption of Cinema operations, it shall be the IATF-MEID and the Local Government Units who shall determine implementing guidelines to uphold health and safety controls for the viewing public.”

Matatandaang inaprubahan ng IATF-MEID ang rekomendasyon na ibaba sa Alert Level 2 ang National Capital Region.

Epektibo ang Alert level 2 sa Metro Manila simula November 5 hanggang 21, 2021.
