“The Bureau has consistently modernized its processes and procedures under his administration, one of which is the procurement of the additional assets. Through his leadership, the Bureau of Customs has undergone substantial transformation and reformation”, pahayag ni BOC Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero.
