PAL, gagamit ng mga alternatibong gateway para sa mga pauwing Filipino sa holiday season
Inihayag ng Philippine Airlines (PAL) na makatutulong ang pagbubukas ng karagdagang gateways sa bansa sa pagdadagdag nila ng international flights kasunod ng holiday season.
Inaasahan kasi ang pagdami ng mga pauwing Filipino para makasama ang pamilya sa Pasko.
Nagpasalamat ang airline company sa gobyerno sa pagbubukas ng mga paliparan sa Cebu, Davao, Subic at iba pa upang maserbisyuhan ang mas maraming OFW at overseas Filipinos na pauwi.
“We will respond by adding more flights from Middle East, the United States, Australia and various Asian countries so that we can serve the compelling needs of our overseas Filipinos around the world,” saad ni PAL SVP at Chief Strategy and Planning Officer Dexter Lee.
Dagdag nito, “Having alternative gateways gives up the flexibility to adjust our network so that we can fly more people home and support the revival of our local economy.”
Narito ang mga flight na inilipat ang ruta sa alternatibong gateways simula sa November 2021:
San Francisco – Cebu
PR 105 – Kada Sabado, mula November 6 hanggang March 26
Los Angeles – Cebu
PR 153 – Kada Miyerkules at Biyernes, mula November 5 hanggang March 25
Dubai – Davao
PR 659 – November 4, 6, 9 at 10
Dubai – Cebu
PR 659 – November 5, 7, 12 at 14
Dubai – Subic
PR 659 – November 8, 11 at 13
Tiniyak sa publiko ng PAL na nakikipagtulungan sila sa Department of Transportation (DOTr) at mga awtoridad ukol sa routing flights sa Subic at Laoag, dagdag pa ito sa mga biyaheng patungo sa Cebu at Davao.
