Nilinaw ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang na maari nang lumabas ng bahay ang mga bata sa Metro Manila para mag-exercise pero hindi ang pagtungo sa Manila Bay Dolomite Beach.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, ito ay dahil nasa Alert Level 3 ang Metro Manila dahil sa COVID-19.
Binigyang diin ni Roque na bawal ibiyahe ang mga bata sa mga lugar gaya ng Dolomite Beach na na dinudumog ng mga tao.
Kasabay nito, sinabi ni Roque na bahala na ang Department of Interior and Local Government na magpasya sa panawagan ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno na kasuhan ang mga opisyal ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources dahil sa pagbubukas ng Dolomite Beach.
