Makararanas ng maulap na kalanngitan at kalat-kalat nap ag-ulan ang Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, at Palawan dahil sa Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) at Low Pressure Area (LPA).
Ayon sa Pagsa, namataan ang LPA sa 75 kilometers southeast Tacloban City na may kasamang ITCZ na nakaapekto naman sa Palawan, Visayas, at Mindanao.
Makararanas din ng maulap na kalangitan at kalat-kalat nap ag-ulan ang Batanes at Babuyan Islands kasama na ang Metro Manila.
