RT-PCR test requirement sa Boracay, pinag-aaralang alisin sa ‘fully vaccinated’ tourists

Inanunsiyo ni Aklan Governor Florencio Miraflores na ikinokonsidera ng pamahalaang-panglalawigan na bawiin na ang RT-PCR test requirement sa mga bibisita sa Boracay Island na fully vaccinated na.

Ayon kay Miraflores, inaasahan kasi nilang matatapos na ang pagbakuna sa lahat ng tourism workers at residente ng isla sa pagtatapos ng Oktubre.

“Once the island is fully vaccinated, we will now allow tourists from other places in the country that are fully vaccinated to enter even without the required RT-PCR test result in order to revive our tourism industry,” banggit nito sa pulong ng Boracay Inter-Agency Task Force.

Inaasahang mas dadami ang magtutungo sa Boracay sa panahon ng Kapaskuhan.

Agad sinuportahan ni Tourism Sec. Bernadette Romulo-Puyat ang balak ng pamahalaang-panglalawigan at pinuri din nito ang kanilang vaccination rollout.
