Pinangunahan ni Manila City Vice Mayor Doktora Honey Lacuna ang seremonya, araw ng Huwebes (October 21).
Ayon kay Lacuna, magbibigay ng trabaho at economic recovery sa Maynila ang muling pagbubukas ng naturang tourist attraction.
“After a year of temporary closure brought about by the pandemic, we are hopeful that business like yours will get back on track,” saad ng bise alkalde.
Aniya pa, “You are conveying a clear message that we are getting through the darkest times and that we are almost getting out of the tunnel and beginning to see the light.”
Bukas ang Manila Ocean Park tuwing Huwebes hanggang Linggo, mula 10:00 ng umaga hanggang 6:00 ng gabi.
Tanging ang mga fully vaccinated na indibidwal na may edad 18 hanggang 65 lamang ang papayagang makapasok sa tourist spot.
