Northeasterly windflow, ITCZ nagdudulot ng mahihinang pag-ulan sa ilang parte ng bansa
Nakakaapekto ang Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) sa ilang parte ng bansa.
Ayon kay PAGASA weather specialist Ariel Rojas, umiiral ang naturang weather system sa Bicol region, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, at Western Visayas.
Bunsod nito, makakaranas ng mga kalat-kalat na pag-ulan, pagkulog at pagkidlat ang mga nabanggit na lugar hanggang Miyerkules ng gabi, October 20.
Samantala, umiiral pa rin aniya ang mahinang Northeasterly windflow sa extreme Northern Luzon.
Sa susunod na dalawa hanggang tatlong araw, sinabi ni Rojas na walang inaasahang mamumuong bagyo at low pressure area sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
