Vince Dizon, nagbitiw sa pwesto bilang BCDA president

Nagbitiw na sa puwesto si Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) president at chief executive officer Vince Dizon.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Director Aritstotle Batuhan bilang officer-in-charge ng BCDA.

Nagsumite ng resignation letter si Dizon kay Pangulong Duterte noong October 15.

Paliwanag ni Roque, personal na hiniling ni Dizon sa Pangulo na magbitiw bilang presidente ng BCDA para matutukan ng COVID-19 response ng pamahalaan pati na ang vaccination rollout.

Ayon kay Roque, mananatili si Dizon bilang presidential adviser sa COVID-19 at deputy chief implementer ng National Task Force against COVID-19.
