PH Red Cross ‘nilinis’ sa false positive results issue sa swab tests
Ikinalugod ng Philippine Red Cross (PRC) ang resulta ng pag-iimbestiga ng Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) sa kinuwestiyong ‘false positive results’ sa swab tests.
Ang kinuwestiyong resulta ay mula sa Molecular Laboratory ng PRC sa Subic.
“The PRC is grateful to the RITM for its unbiased investigation into the matter,” ayon sa inilabas na pahayag ng PRC.
Magugunita na noong nakaraang buwan, pinuna sa Mababang Kapulungan ang 45 false positive results sa 48 swab tests na isinagawa noong Setyembre 20 sa Subic Baypointe Hospital na sumailalim naman sa tests ng PRC Subic Molecular Laboratory.
Maging si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ay pinuna ang isyu at ipinag-utos ang pag-iimbestiga.
Noong nakaraang Miyerkules, inilabas ng RITM ang resulta ng kanilang pag-iimbestiga at nilinis ang PRC.
