P1,000 Teacher’s Day incentive sinimulan nang ipamahagi ng DepEd
Noon pang Oktubre 5 sinimulan ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang pamamahagi ng P1,000 World Teacher;s Day Incentive Benefit.
Sinabi ni Sec. Leonor Briones kabuuang P910 milyon ang inilaan para sa nabanggit na benepisyo.
Aniya ito ay maliit na paraan para kilalanin ang dedikasyon at sakripisyo ng mga guro para maipagpatuloy ang pagbibigay karunungan kahit may pandemya.
Samantala, inamin ni Undersecretary for Finance Annalyn Sevilla na maaring magkaroon ng pagkaantala sa pagtanggap ng mga guro ng benepisyo.
“Yung iba po, kung magkakaroon man ng delay, it would be probably because of their quarantine status, banking hours, remittance of the cash payment but huwag po silang mag-alala yung October 5 is the start of the giving but the processing, we started as early as August,” sabi ni Sevilla.
