Magdalo, buo ang suporta kung tatakbo si VP Robredo sa pagka-Pangulo sa 2022 elections
Inihayag ni dating Senador Antonio Trillanes IV na buo ang suporta ng Magdalo group kung magdesisyon si Vice President Leni Robredo na tumakbo sa pagka-Pangulo sa 2022 National Elections.
Inihayag ito ng dating senador kasunod ng nominasyon ng opposition coalition group na 1Sambayan.
“Now that the 1Sambayan has endorsed VP Leni, we hope that she would be encouraged to finally decide and run for president,” pahayag ni Trillanes.
Walang humpay aniya ang paghikayat ng kanilang grupo kay Robredo na tumakbo.
Naniniwala aniya kasi sila sa kapasidad ni Robredo na iligtas ang bansa.
Saad nito, “We, in the Magdalo group, have been consistent in urging her to run as we believe in her capacity to save the country from the mess duterte has put us into.”
Dagdag pa ni Trillanes, “If she decides to run, the Magdalo group would fully support her to ensure her win.”
