P451.31-M para sa SRA ng healthcare workers, inilabas na ng DBM
Inilabas na ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ang karagdagang P451.32 milyon para sa special risk allowance ng healthcare workers.
Ayon sa DBM, gagamitin ang pondo para sa eligible public at private healthcare workers (HCWs) na direktang tumugon sa mga pasyente ng COVID-19 mula December 20, 2020 hanggang June 30, 2021.
Nabatid na sa naturang pondo, P407.08 milyon ang naka-charge sa contigent fund habang ang P44.23 milyon ay naka-charge sa Miscellaneous Personnel Benefits Fund ng Fiscal Year 2021 General Appropriations Act.
Sa kabuuan, nasa P8.23 bilyon na ang nai-release ng DBM para sa bayad ng SRA ng healthcare workers.
Sa naturang halaga, 499,116 healthcare workers na ang nakatanggap ng SRA na hindi lalagpas sa P5, 000 kada buwan.
ANG SRA ay karagdagang benepisyo na ibinigay sa healthcare workers na tumugon sa pandemya.
