Kinuwestiyon nito ang pagkuha sa isang contractor para sa pagpapagawa ng bagong Senate Building sa Taguig City.
Tinanong ng Punong Ehekutibo kung ang contractor na Hilmarcs ang nagtayo din ng Makati City Building II, gayundin ng Iloilo Convention Center.
“May I ask the senators if it is true that the Hilmarc’s — Hilmarc’s — H-I-L-M-A-R-C — may “s” — is it true that Hilmarc’s — Hilmarc’s is the contractor of the new Senate building being constructed? Is this the same Hilmarc contractor that built the Iloilo Convention Center and the Makati City Hall Building II that the Senate also investigated during the last administration?” tanong ng Pangulo.
