Base sa resolusyon, hindi kinatigan ng Sandiganbayan ang hirit ni Faeldon na ibasura ang warrant of arrest pati na ang hold departure order.
Matatandaang si Senador Panfilo Lacson ang naghain ng dalawang counts ng graft and economic sabotage laban kay Faeldon matapos ipag-utos ang pagpapalabas ng rice shipments na nagkakahalaga ng P34 milyon sa Cagayan de Oro City.
Naka-consign ang 400,000 sako ng Vietnamese white rice sa Cebu Lite Trading Incorporated.
Nabatid na walang importation permit ang kargamento.
