Hindi overpriced ang mga biniling pandemic supplies ng Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM).
Ito ang ginawang paglilinaw ni Commission on Audit (COA) chairman Michael Aguinaldo sa pagdinig ng House committee on good government and public accountability.
Ayon kay Aguinaldo, hindi nakasaad sa COA report na overpriced ang mga biniling face mask, face shield at iba pang pandemic supplies.
Bagkus, sinabi ni Aguinaldo na inventory management lamang ang nakalagay sa COA report.
Iniimbestigahan ng kamara ang paglilipat ng P42 bilyong pondo ng Department of Health sa PS-DBM.
“Ang masasabi ko lang po is wala po sa COA report ng PS-DBM ang statement na may overpricing po, there’s no statement to that. The observations relate more to inventory management than overpricing,” pahayag ni Aguinaldo.
