Ayon sa Pagasa, nakataas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Number 4 sa
- Batanes
- northeastern portion of Babuyan Islands
Nasa Signal Number 3 naman ang TCWS No. 3 is raised over the following areas:
- northwestern at southeastern portions ng Babuyan Islands (Panuitan Is., Calayan Is., Camiguin Is., Pamuktan Is., Didicas Island)
Nasa Signal TCWS Number 2 ang:
- northern portion ng mainland Cagayan (Santa Ana, Gonzaga, Santa Teresita, Buguey, Sanchez-Mira, Pamplona, Ballesteros, Abulug, Camalaniugan, Aparri, Claveria, Santa Praxedes)
Nasa Signal Number 1 ang:
- natitirang bahagi ng mainland Cagayan
- northern portion ng Ilocos Norte (Adams, Dumalneg, Bangui, Vintar, Carasi, Nueva Era, Piddig, Solsona, Burgos, Pasuquin, Bacarra, Laoag City, San Nicolas, Sarrat, Dingras, Pagudpud)
- Apayao
- northern portion Kalinga (Balbalan, Pinukpuk, City of Tabuk, Rizal)
- northeastern portion ng Abra (Tineg, Lacub, Malibcong)
- northern portion ng Isabela (Divilacan, Ilagan City, Quirino, Quezon, Mallig, Tumauini, Maconacon, San Pablo, Cabagan, Delfin Albano, Santo Tomas, Santa Maria)
Namataan ang sentro ng bagyong Kiko sa 75 kilometers south ng Basco, Batanes.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 215 kilometers per hour at pagbugso na 265 kilometers per hour.
