Mga korte sa NCR, mananatiling sarado hanggang Sept. 30
Inanunsiyo ng Korte Suprema na mananatiling sarado ang lahat ng korte sa National Capital Region (NCR) sa kasagsagan ng General Community Quarantine (GCQ).
Epektibo ang GCQ sa NCR simula September 8 hanggang 30, 2021.
Base sa OCA circular no. 119-2021, ipinaliwanag ni Supreme Court Administrator Midas Marquez na bunsod ito ng patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19 na may iba’t ibang variant.
Gayunman, magpapatuloy naman ang operasyon ng mga korte via online at videoconferencing para sa mga nakabinbing kaso.
“The time for filing and service of pleadings and motions during this period is SUSPENDED and shall resume after seven (7) calender days counted from the first day of the physical opening of the relevant court,” saad pa nito.
Ipinaalala rin nito ang pagpapatupad ng skeleton workforce.
