Metro Manila nasa COVID 19 Alert Level 4, maliban sa Maynila
Maliban sa lungsod ng Maynila, isinailalim ng Department of Health (DOH) ang buong Metro Manila, sa Alert Level 4, ang pinakamataas na COVID 19 alert level.
Sinabi ni Heath Usec. Ma. Rosario Vergeire na ito ay bunga ng patuloy na pagtaas ng mga kaso gayundin ang bilang ng mga isinusugod sa mga ospital.
Dagdag pa ni Vergeire, nakapagtala ng positive two-week growth rate sa buong Metro Manila, bukod sa high-risk average daily attack rate at high-risk case classification.
“All areas except the City of Manila are classified as Alert Level 4. The Delta variant had been detected across all areas in the NCR,” sabi ng tagapagsalita ng DOH.
Nangangahulugan na ang Metro Manila ay nasa moderate-to-critical risk at may healthcare utilization rate na mataas sa 70 porsiyento.
Binanggit pa niya na ang intensive care utilization rate sa Kalakhang Maynila ay nasa 74 porsiyento.
Nananatili naman ang lungsod ng Maynila sa Alert Level 3 dahil ang kanilang bed occupancy rate ay hindi pa umaabot sa 70 porsiyento.
