Imbestigasyon ng Senado sa pagbili ng DBM ng medical supplies, pamumulitika lang ayon kay Pangulong Duterte
Pulitika ang nakikitang motibo ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa ginagawang imbestigasyon ng Senate Blue Ribbon committee sa pagbili ng Department of Budget and Management sa mga medical supplies.
Binubusisi kasi ng Senado ang umanoý overpriced na pagbili ng pamahalaan sa medical supplies na ginamit sa pagtugon sa pandemya sa COVID-19.
Ayon sa Pangulo, hindi na in aid of legislation ang ginawa ni Gordon kundi in aid of personal political interest.
“I heard that you want to run for vice president next year, and you are trying to impress the opposition that they would consider you. Totoo ba ito, Secretary Gordon? Alam mo, tatakbo rin ako. Kung mag-usap lang tayo, puwede namang ikaw ang maging vice president kung karapat-dapat ka. So, I would know if you talk to me about your political plans lalo na ‘yung vice presidency, eh ako naman nag-announce na. Kung interesado ka, makipag-usap ka at tingnan natin kung karapat-dapat ka ba,” pahayag ng Pangulo.
