Nadakip ng pinagsanib puwersa ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at Philippine National Police (PNP) ang isang wanted personality sa Vigan, Ilocos Sur sa bisa ng isang warrant of arrest.
Kinilala ni PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo G. Cacdac, Jr. ang suspek na si Moises Fieldad y Paa, 50 anyos ng San Julian, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
Nahuli ng pinagsanib na opertiba ng PDEA Regional Office 1 (PDEA RO1) at Criminal Investigation Detection Group-Ilocos Sur (CIDG-Ilocos Sur), Highway Patrol Group (HPG), Ilocos Sur Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group at Vigan City Police Station ang suspek na si Fieldad sa Barangay San Julian, Vigan City.
Si Fieldad ay nasa talaan ng PDEA at PNP na nasa kanilang wanted list drug personality.
Ang suspek ay may standing arrest warrant dahil sa paglabag sa Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous), Article II ng Republic Act 9165, o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
