Palasyo, wala pang balak ipatigil ang paggamit ng face shield

Wala pang balak ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang na ipatigil ang paggamit sa face shield bilang dagdag proteksyon kontra COVID-19.

Pahayag ito ng Palasyo sa gitna ng panawagan ng ilan na itigil na ang paggamit sa face shield at pagkwestyon kung epektibong proteksyon laban sa virus.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, mas makabubuting hintayin na lamang ang World Health Organization (WHO) na maglabas ng expert opinion kung mabisa o hindi ang paggamit sa face shield.

Sinabi pa ng kalihim na mas mabuti nang gumamit ng face shiled para makasiguro na makaiiwas sa naturang sakit.

Ayon kay Roque ang pag-oobliga sa paggamit ng face shield sa bansa ay base na rin sa rekomendasyon ng mga ekspero sa larangan ng medikal.
