DOH humihirit ng P201 milyon sa DBM para sa SRA ng mga healthcare workers
Mangangailangan ang Department of Health ng P201 milyong karagdagang pondo para mabigyan ng special risk allowance ang may 17,000 healthcare workers.
Sa Laging Handa Public Briefing, sinabi ni Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire na aabot sa 17,000 na health workers ang nag-apply ng SRA.
Base aniya ito sa listahan na isinumite ng regional offices ng DOH.
Naghihintay pa aniya ang DOH ng karagdagang listahan para makumpleto ito.
Sinabi pa ni Vergeire na humingi na sila ng karagdagang budget sa Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
Una rito, binigyan na ng DBM ang DOH ng P311 milyon para sa SRA ng 20,000 healthcare workers.
