“The way to making Filipino life convenient and comfortable is to create connectivity and mobility. It is for that reason why we are expanding your community airport and seaport. We want connectivity and mobility, which is the mandate of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte,” pahayag ng kalihim sa kaniyang talumpati.
