P311 milyong pondo sa special risk allowance ng mga health workers ire-release na ng DBM
Ilalabas na ng Department of Budget and Management sa loob ng 10 araw ang P311 milyong pondo para sa Department of Health.
Ayon kay Budget officer-in-charge Undersecretary Tina Rose Marie Canda, ipangbabayad ang naturang pondo sa benepisyo at special risk allowance ng mga health workers.
Una rito, binigyan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng 10 araw na palugit ang DOH na bayaran ang mga health workers.
Kabilang sa mga babayaran na health workers ang nagtatrabaho sa public at private hospitals.
Matatandaang nagbanta na ang mga health workers ng mass resignation kung hindi pa babayaran ng pamahalaanang kaukulang benepisyo.
