Binati naman ni RFRO-XII Regional Director Paterno Reynato Padua ang STARTeD para sa pakikiisa sa PUV Modernization Program.
Nagpasalamat din si Padua kay Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon para sa buong suporta sa naturang programa.
Ipinaalala rin nito sa transport sector ang direktiba ni Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade na walang bayad ang prangkisa.
