Dumating na sa bansa ang 359 na overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) na stranded sa United Arab Emirates.
Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), ito na ang ika-10 repatriation flight na ginawa ng DFA sa UAE simula noong Hunyo.
Ayon sa DFA, patuloy ang repatriation ng mga OFW kahit na mayroong travel ban ang bansa sa UAE dahil sa banta ng COVID-19 Delta variant.
Base sa talaan ng DFA, aabot sa 5,000 pa ang naka-pending sa repatriation.
