“The Philippine government, through Department of Health – Bureau of Quarantine, issues an international certificate of vaccination (ICV) for use by outbound travelers vaccinated in the Philippines, upon their request, as proof of vaccination based on guidelines proposed by the World Health Organization,” saad ng DFA.

Dagdag pa nito, “entry policies concerning vaccinated persons depend on the receiving state or territory.”
