Donasyong 100,000 doses ng Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine, dumating na sa bansa

Aabot sa 100,000 doses ng Sinopharm ang dumating sa bansa.

Gawa ang mga bakuna konrta COVID-10 sa China.

Lumapag ang eroplano ng Etihad Airways na dala ang 100,000 doses ng bakuna sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 pasado 2:00, Miyerkules ng hapon (August 11).

Donasyon ng gobyerno ng United Arab Emirates (UAE) ang naturang bakuna.

Sinabi ni National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 Assistant Secretary Wilben Mayor na malaki ang maitutulong ang donasyon para sa mga Pilipino sa gitna ng pandemya.

Ipapadala aniya ang mga bakuna sa mga lugar na nakararanas ng COVID-19 surge.

Matatandaang binigyan ng Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) ang Sinopharm ng Food and Drug Administration (FDA) noong Hunyo.

Naging kontrbersiyal ang Sinopharm sa Pilipinas matapos gamitin sa mga tauhan ng Presidential Security Group (PSG) ng walang EUA mula sa FDA.
