LOOK: Final inspection sa 108-bed health facility sa Lung Center para sa COVID-19 patients
Nagsagawa ng final inspection si Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar sa bagong tayong offsite hospital sa loob ng Lung Center of the Philippines (LCP) compound sa Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.
“I am grateful and thankful for all those involved who helped this much-needed hospital facility completed,” pahayag ng kalihim.
Itinayo ng DPWH Task Force for Augmentation of Local/National Health Facilities ang limang cluster units ng modular hospital facility na may kabuuang 108 bed capacity.
Sa limang unit, isa ang may 20 kama na ilalaan para sa Intensive Care Units (ICU) na may oxygen at suction system para sa mga pasyente na kailangan ng mataas na lebel na medical treatment.
Apat na cluster units naman ang may 22 individual room na kumpleto ng oxygen system, toilet and bath para sa 88 katao.
Sinabi naman ni Undersecretary at Task Force Head Emil Sadain na naging matindi ang koordinasyon sa Inter-Agency Task Force for Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID), Department of Health, LCP, at contractor Nationstar Development Corporation upang makumpleto ang off-site hospital.
Mahigpit ding sinuri ng technical personnel mula sa DPWH at LCP ang mga aktibidad sa kasagsagan ng konstruksyon para masigurong naabot ang lahat ng requirement.
