Ipinagpatuloy ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang Libreng Sakay Program para sa mga Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR).
Layon nitong makatulong upang maibsan ang paghihirap ng mga APOR dahil sa limitadong operasyon ng pampublikong transportasyon bunsod ng pag-iral ng Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) sa Metro Manila at ilang lalawigan.
Tiniyak ni PNP Chief General Guillermo Eleazar na magpapatuloy ang naturang serbisyo kasabay ng pagbaba niya ng kautusan sa Directorate for Police Community Relations (DPCR) at Police Community Affairs Development Group (PCADG) ukol sa naturang inisyatibo.
“This is the PNP’s way of reaching out to citizens by providing mobility and other extended services to authorized persons outside residence (APOR) so that they could attend to their work with convenience even while the ECQ is in effect,” pahayag ng hepe ng pambansang pulisya.
Sa ngayon, mayroong 10 ruta ang naturang programa sa NCR at karatig-probinsya araw-araw simula 5:00 ng madaling-araw hanggang 9:00 ng umaga at 5:00 ng hapon hanggang 9:00 ng gabi.
Narito ang mga ruta:
– Central Terminal (Manila City Hall) hanggang Quezon Avenue MRT 3 at pabalik
– Camp Crame hanggang “Tungko” San Jose Del Monte Bulacan (via Commonwealth Ave.) at pabalik
– Camp Crame hanggang Rodriguez Rizal (via Litex) at pabalik
– Camp Crame hanggang Taytay (via Ortigaz) at pabalik
– Camp Crame hanggang Meycauayan, Bulacan (via Mc Arthur Highway) at pabalik
– Camp Crame hanggang Antipolo City at pabalik
– Pasay hanggang Monumento (EDSA) North Bound at pabalik
– Monumento hanggang Pasay Taft (EDSA) South Bound at pabalik
– Camp Crame hanggang Zapote, Bacoor, Cavite at pabalik
– Camp Crame hanggang Novaliches at pabalik
Siniguro rin ng PNP na nasusunod ang health protocols sa libreng transportation program.
Binibigyan din ang mga pasahero ng face mask, bottled water at information materials.
