LOOK: Ingat Angat Bakuna Lahat themed train sa LRT-1
Inilunsod ng Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) ang espesyal na LRT-1 themed train na angkop sa vaccination program laban sa COVID-19 ng gobyerno.
Tampok sa tema ang Ingat Angat Bakuna Lahat campaign ng Taskforce T3 (Test, Trace, Treat), isang multi-sectoral public-private consortium ng mga kumpanya at organisasyon kabilang ang LRMC.
Bilang isang Ingat Angat campaign media partner, maliban sa pagpapatupad ng safety protocols sa LRT-1, binigyang diin ng LRMC ang kahalagahan ng bakuna upang maprotektahan ang sarili at pamilya sa pamamagitan ng special themed train.
Sa kasagsagan nito sa LRT-1 Baclaran Station, binigyan ng libreng beep cards na may kasamang token ang mga pasahero na nakapagpakita ng kanilang vaccination cards na may kumpleto dose.
“Our core mission is to provide a safe, reliable, efficient, and comfortable journey for our commuters, as well as support the mobility needs of Filipinos even while we’re under the community quarantine. This includes making sure that our passengers will feel confident to ride LRT-1 by advocating vaccination efforts and safety measures,” pahayag ni LRMC President at CEO Juan Alfonso.
Hinikayat nito ang publiko na magpabakuna para sa kapakanan ng lahat.
“As advocated by Yale School of Public Health, viruses will continue to mutate if they continue to spread. Thus, the best way to protect yourself, your family, and your community from COVID-19 and future variants is to get vaccinated,” ani Alfonso.
