“No vaccine, no work” policy bawal – DOH

Nagpaalala sa publiko ang Department of Health (DOH) na ipinagbabawal ang “no vaccine, no work” policy.

Binanggit ng kagawaran ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Advisory No. 03 Series of 2021.

Nakasaad sa naturang abiso na maaring hikayatin ng mga employer ang kanilang mga empleyado na magpabakuna ngunit kung ang empleyado ay ayaw pa o hindi pa bakunado, hindi dapat madiskrimina sa trabaho.

Sinabi pa ng DOH na nakasaad sa Republic Act 11525 na hindi dapat gawing dagdag na requirement ang vaccine card para sa paghahanap ng trabaho.
