Binawi na ng Philippine National Police ang naunang kautusan na nagbabawal na maghatid-sundo sa mga healthcare workers at iba pang authorized persons outside of residence (APOR) na papasok sa trabaho oras na ipatupad ang enhanced community quarantine sa Metro Manila simula sa August 6 hanggang 20.
Ayon kay PNP Chief Guillermo Eleazar, maari nang ihatid at sunduin ang mga healthcare workers sa trabaho .
Ayon kay Eleazar, humingi siya ng guidance sa National Task Force Against COVID-19 sa pamamagitan ni Interior Secretary Eduardo Año.
Kinakailangan lamang aniya na magpresenta ang mga driver ng ID ng healthcare worker sa mga checkpoints.
