Sen. Ping Lacson kinuwestiyon ang tumitinding operasyon sa bansa ng Chinese drug rings

Hinanapan ni Senator Panfilo Lacson ng sagot ang Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) at Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ukol sa tumitinding operasyon ng Chinese drug syndicates sa bansa.

“How long have they been operating here? Do they have connections in government?’’ ang mga tanong ni Lacson.

Kasunod ito nang pagkakakumpiska ng higit P1.4 bilyong halaga ng shabu sa magkakasunod na anti-drug operations sa Novaliches, Quezon  City; Valenzuela City at Balagtas, Bulacan.

 “The DDB and PDEA should look deeper into the bold and imprudent behavior of these Chinese nationals to choose the Philippines as their base; how long they had been operating; their possible connections in government, etc.,” sabi pa ng senador.

Isang Chinese drug suspect na kinilalang si Wu Zishen ang napatay ng mga operatiba sa isa sa mga nabanggit na operasyon.

Naaresto naman sina Willie Lu Tan, Anton Wong, Wang Min at Joseph Dy.
