Access road sa Fatima Hills sa Southern Leyte, natapos na
Magagamit na ng mga turista at lokal na komunidad ang bagong gawang access road patungo sa Fatima Hills sa Macrohon, Southern Leyte.
Kabilang ang Fatima Hills sa pinaka-binibisitang religious center sa naturang bayan.
Ayon kay Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, nai-convert ang 595-linear meter road bilang two-lane concrete paved road na may line canal at slope protection.
Ang naturang proyekto ay parte ng convergence program ng DPWH at Department of Tourism (DOT).
Inaasahang makatutulong ang access road para mapadali ang local community development.
Layon ng konstruksyon ng access road na maitaguyod ang rural at value chain development.
“Hopefully, this project will boost agricultural and rural enterprise productivity, as well as tourism of Macrohon,” saad ng kalihim.
