Marami pa rin ang hindi bilib sa COVID-19 vaccines – Pulse Asia

Ibinahagi ni Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri na marami para rin sa mga Filipino ang ayaw magpabakuna at ito ay base sa resulta ng Ulat sa Bayan survey ng Pulse Asia.

Ayon kay Zubiri, sa mga natanong sa survey, 43 porsiyento ang nagsabi na nais na nilang mabakunahan, 36 porsiyento naman ang ayaw at may 16 porsiyento ang hindi pa makapagdesisyon.

Sa bilang ng mga ayaw magpabakuna, sabi pa ni Zubiri, 69 porsiyento ang nagsabing duda sila sa kaligtasan ng mga bakuna.

May 12 porsiyento naman ang walang bilib sa bisa ng bakuna, samantalang may 11 porsiyento ang sinabing hindi nila kailangan ang bakuna.

“My fear is that if we are unable to meet our target by the end of the year, this does not only pose a bigger threat to the health, safety and lives of our people, and our economy, but also to our electoral system,” sabi ng senador.

Kasabay nito, nagbigay ng ilang suhestiyon si Zubiri para matiyak na magiging ligtas ang eleksyon sa susunod na taon at una ay ang pagtiyak ng Comelec na masusunod ang lahat ng health protocols sa mga polling centers.

At ang ikalawa ay gawin ng higit pa sa isang araw ang botohan para maiwasan ang pagsiksikan ng mga botante sa mga presinto.
