Tumama ang magnitude 8.2 na lindol sa bahagi ng Alaska peninsula.
Sa datos ng United States Geological Survey (USGS), naitala ang episentro ng lindol sa layong 91 kilometers Southeast ng Perryville.
May lalim ang pagyanig na 46.7 kilometers.
Sinabi ng USGS na maghanda sa posibleng maranasang aftershocks.
Bunsod ng malakas na lindol, naglabas ng tsunami warning sa south Alaska at Alaska peninsula.
