Ansarap maging Filipino!

“Hidilyn Diaz deserves to be exalted as one of the country’s most accomplished athletes after earning several medals in different international sporting events,” sabi ni Sotto sa kanyang Senate Resolution No. 793.

“Diaz has brought joy, honor and pride to the country and has lifted the hopes of an entire nation amid the uncertainties and challenges that we face today. [D]espite being linked in 2019 to alleged destabilization efforts, Diaz remained focused on her goal of bringing honor for her beloved country,” sabi naman ni Drilon sa kanyang  Senate Resolution No. 799.

Sonny Angara at Francis Tolentino.

“The entire nation celebrates with Hidilyn for bringing home the elusive gold medal in the Olympics. This comes at a time when we are all longing for some good news,” sabi naman ni Angara, ang pangunahing awtor ng RA 10699 o ang National Athletesand Coaches Benefits and Incentives Act.
