Tagumpay ng ‘war on drugs’ base sa bilang ng mga napatay – Sen. Leila de Lima

Pinuna ni Senator Leila de Lima ang pahayag ng Malakanyang na matagumpay ang pagkasa ng ‘war on drugs’ ng administrasyong-Duterte.

Ipinagdiinan ni de Lima na tanging sa Pilipinas lang inanunsiyo ang tagumpay ng kampaniya kontra droga base sa pagkakapatay ng higit 20,000.

“It is also the only country in the world where its former Justice Secretary calls drug war victims as not a part of humanity, and where children killed in police operations and vigilante assassinations are called “collateral damage,” dagdag pa nito.

Dagdag pa nito, ang PNP lang ang tanging puwersa ng pulisya sa buong mundo na kasama sa itinuturing na ‘accomplishment’ ang pagkakapatay sa higit limang libong indibiduwal.

Ayon kay de Lima ang pagmamalaki ni Presidential spokesman Harry Roque ay dapat iparating niya sa pamilya ng mga napatay.

“Maybe he can give them the consolation that their loved one’s death was not in vain because 52% of barangays in the country are now drug-free, assuming that this is true, because their loved one was murdered to keep them clean,” sabi pa ng senadora.

Kayat aniya mangangailangan pa si Roque ng mapapatay na 20,000 para maging drug-free na rin ang natitirang 48 porsiyento ng mga barangay sa pagtatapos ng termino ni Pangulong Duterte sa susunod na taon.
