Nagpalabas na ang PAGASA ng ‘flood warning’ sa Metro Manila dahil sa halos walang tigil na pag-ulan dala ng epekto ng habagat na pinalala pa ng bagyong Fabian at low pressure area na nasa labas pa ng Philippine area of responsibility.
