Hinaing ng mga biktima ng drug war campaign idudulog ng Papal nuncio kay Pope Francis

Idudulog ni Papal nuncio Archbishop Charles John Brown kay Pope Francis ang hinaing ng mga pamilya na nabiktima ng anti-drug war campaign sa Pilipinas.

Ayon sa ulat ng CBCP News, personal na kinausap ni Archbishop Brown ang mga naulila ng drug war sa St. Arnold Janssen Kalinga Center sa Manila.

Ayon kay Archbishop Brown, “deeply moved”siya sa mga salaysay ng mga pamilya.

Nabatid na walong indibidwal na namatayan sa drug war campaign ang nakausap ni Archbishop Brown.

“I am deeply sorry for everything that you have to go through,” pahayag ni Brown sa CBCP News.

Sinabi pa ni Archbishop Brown na magtutungo siya kay Pope Francis sa buwan ng Oktubre at nangakong sasabihin sa Santo Papa ang kanilang mga hinaing.

“I assure you that Pope Francis is close to you. In fact I would be going to see Pope Francis in October and I promise you I will tell him about this experience in person,” pahayag ng Arsobispo.
