Autopsy reports sa mga napatay na aktibista patunay ng ‘summary killings’ sa administrasyong-Duterte

Sinabi ni Senator Leila de Lima na ang resulta ng autopsy ng mga napatay na aktibista sa Luzon noong Marso 7 ay patunay na normal na ang ‘summary killings’ kasabay ng pinaigting na ‘anti-insurgency campaign’ ng gobyerno.

Tinukoy ni de Lima ang pahayag ni Dr. Raquel Fortun, forensic pathologist mula sa UP – College of Medicine, na binaril para mamatay ang mga aktibista.

Sinabi ni Fortun na ang siyam na napatay ay pawang may tama ng bala sa dibdib at patunay ito na intensyon talaga na sila ay patayin.

“The result of the autopsies on the 9 activists who died in those #BloodySunday raids in March of this year proves what we’ve been saying all along: Duterte has expanded his Davao Death Squad blueprint on a national scale in the past five years that he was President,” sabi ni de Lima.

Diin niya wala nang pinagkaiba ang nagaganap na patayan sa anti-drug campaign sa anti-insurgency campaign.

“Pinapalabas na nanlaban kahit hindi nanlaban. These summary executions indeed warrant a full-blown murder investigation, if government still cares to investigate killings ordered by its President,” hirit pa ng senadora.

Ipinaalala nito na dalawang araw bago maganap ang serye ng pagkamatay, pinagbilinan ni Pangulong Duterte ang mga pulis at sundalo na balewalain na ang mga karapatang-pantao at patayin ang mga rebelde na makakaharap nila.

Sa tinaguriang ‘Bloody Sunday,’ napatay sina Manuel Asuncion, ang mag-asawang Ariel at Chai Evangelista, ang magkapatid na Edward at Abner Esto, ang mag-pinsang Puroy at Randy dela Cruz, Marvin Dasigao at Mark Lee Bacasno.
